After discovering a hidden figure beneath an important nineteenth-century painting, Monica, an art conservator, struggles to restore a potentially objectionable portrait.

Georgette in the Garden premiered in New York as part of the Columbia University Film Festival in May 2024 where it received Jury Honors.

In 2025, it screened at the Champs-Élysées Film Festival in Paris, and won a Special Jury Award at the Bend Film Festival.
